How To Install tcl-itcl4 on Kali Linux

What is tcl-itcl4
tcl-itcl4 is:
[incr Tcl] (or itcl) is a popular object-oriented extension for the embeddable Tcl scripting language. The name is a play on C++, and itcl has a similar object model, including multiple inheritance and public and private classes and variables. Unlike most OOP extensions to Tcl, itcl is written in C for speed.
This package contains everything you need to run itcl scripts and itcl-enabled apps.
There are three methods to install tcl-itcl4 on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install tcl-itcl4 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install tcl-itcl4 using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install tcl-itcl4 using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To remove tcl-itcl4 configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge tcl-itcl4Remove tcl-itcl4 configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
