How To Install tardiff on Ubuntu 18.04

What is tardiff

TarDiff compares the contents of two tarballs and reports on any differences found between them. Its use is mainly for release managers who can use it as a QA tool to make sure no files have accidentally been left over or were added by mistake. TarDiff supports compressed tarballs, diff statistics and suppression of GNU autotool changes.
There are three methods to install tardiff on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install tardiff Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install tardiff using apt-get by running the following command:

After updating apt database, We can install tardiff using apt by running the following command:
