or dnf
to install tagsoup

Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install tagsoup
using dnf

sudo dnf -y install tagsoup

sudo yum makecache --refresh

using yum

How To Uninstall tagsoup on AlmaLinux 8
To uninstall only the tagsoup
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove tagsoup
