How To Install t50 on Kali Linux
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install t50 on Kali Linux.
What is t50
t50 is:
Multi-protocol packet injector tool for *nix systems, actually supporting 15 protocols.
Features:
- Flooding
- CIDR support
- TCP, UDP, ICMP, IGMPv2, IGMPv3, EGP, DCCP, RSVP, RIPv1, RIPv2, GRE, ESP, AH, EIGRP and OSPF support.
- TCP Options.
- High performance.
- Can hit about 1.000.000 packets per second.
There are three methods to install t50 on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install t50 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install t50 using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install t50Install t50 Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install t50 using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install t50Install t50 Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install t50 using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install t50How To Uninstall t50 on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the t50 package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove t50Uninstall t50 And Its Dependencies
To uninstall t50 and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove t50Remove t50 Configurations and Data
To remove t50 configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge t50Remove t50 configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove t50 configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
