How To Install supercollider on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install supercollider on Kali Linux.
What is supercollider
supercollider is:
SuperCollider is an environment and programming language for real time audio synthesis and algorithmic composition. It provides an interpreted object-oriented language which functions as a network client to a state of the art, realtime sound synthesis server.
This metapackage installs the standard core components of supercollider, including the language, the synthesis server, and the code editor (IDE).
There are three methods to install supercollider on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install supercollider Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install supercollider using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install supercolliderInstall supercollider Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install supercollider using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install supercolliderInstall supercollider Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the supercollider package we can use the following command:

To remove supercollider configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
