What is subfinder
subfinder is:
This package contains a subdomain discovery tool that discovers valid subdomains for websites by using passive online sources. It has a simple modular architecture and is optimized for speed. subfinder is built for doing one thing only - passive subdomain enumeration, and it does that very well.
There are three methods to install subfinder on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install subfinder Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install subfinder using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install subfinderInstall subfinder Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install subfinder using apt by running the following command:
