How To Install speex on Ubuntu 18.04

How To Uninstall speex on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the speex package we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove speex
Remove speex Configurations and Data
To remove speex configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge speex
Remove speex configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
