How To Install smlnj-runtime on Ubuntu 18.04

smlnj-runtime is:
SML/NJ is an implementation of the Standard ML programming language. This package includes the runtime system only – it provides garbage collection and other support for compiled SML programs.
Install this package if you want to run programs compiled with SML/NJ.
There are three methods to install smlnj-runtime on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
