How To Install smemstat on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install smemstat on Kali Linux.
What is smemstat
smemstat is:
Smemstat reports the physical memory usage taking into consideration shared memory. The tool can either report a current snapshot of memory usage or periodically dump out any changes in memory.
There are three methods to install smemstat on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install smemstat Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install smemstat using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install smemstatInstall smemstat Using apt
