on CentOS 7.
What is slurm
Slurm is an open source, fault-tolerant, and highly scalable cluster management and job scheduling system for Linux clusters. Components include machine status, partition management, job management, scheduling and accounting modules.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install slurm
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install slurm.

Update yum database with yum

After updating yum database, We can install slurm
