How To Install sluice on Ubuntu 18.04

In this tutorial we learn how to install sluice on Ubuntu 18.04.
What is sluice
sluice is:
Sluice reads from standard input and write to standard output at a specified data rate. This can be useful for benchmarking and exercising I/O streaming at desired throughput rates.

Install sluice Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install sluice using apt-get by running the following command:
