How To Install slimit on Kali Linux

What is slimit

slimit is:

SlimIt is a JavaScript minifier written in Python. It compiles JavaScript into more compact code so that it downloads and runs faster.

SlimIt also provides a library that includes a JavaScript parser, lexer, pretty printer and a tree visitor.

This package contains the executable.

There are three methods to install slimit on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install slimit Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install slimit using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install slimit
