How To Install skycat on Debian 9

The ESO/Starlink Skycat tool combines the image display capabilities of the RTD (Real-Time Display) with a set of classes for accessing astronomical catalogs locally and over the network using HTTP. The tool allows you to view FITS images from files or from the Digitized Sky Survey (DSS).
There are three methods to install skycat
on Debian 9. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install skycat Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install skycat
using apt-get
