How To Install skkdic on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install skkdic on Kali Linux.
What is skkdic
skkdic is:
This package provides
SKK-JISYO', the standard dictionary file for SKK Japanese input systems. Currently, this package contains the large size dictionary fileSKK-JISYO.L’ as the standard dictionary file.
For faster access, install the skkdic-cdb package which provides the constant database (cdb) file of this dictionary. Other dictionary files, such as zipcode, personal names, small size, are provided by the skkdic-extra package.
To merge or edit dictionaries, install the skktools package. To use dictionaries more conveniently, several SKK dictionary servers are available, such as dbskkd-cdb and skksearch.
There are three methods to install skkdic on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install skkdic Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install skkdic using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install skkdicInstall skkdic Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install skkdic using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the skkdic package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove skkdicUninstall skkdic And Its Dependencies
To uninstall skkdic and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove skkdicRemove skkdic Configurations and Data
To remove skkdic configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge skkdicRemove skkdic configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove skkdic configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
