How To Install skewer on Kali Linux

What is skewer
skewer is:
skewer implements the bit-masked k-difference matching algorithm dedicated to the task of adapter trimming and it is specially designed for processing next-generation sequencing (NGS) paired-end sequences.

There are three methods to install skewer on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install skewer Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
