skalibs-doc is:
skalibs is a set of general-purpose, low-level C libraries, all in the public domain. It can replace or hide the standard C library to some extent, and is designed to allow building of small, static binaries.
This package contains the documentation for the libraries.
There are three methods to install skalibs-doc on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install skalibs-doc using apt-get by running the following command:
