SiriDB is a scalable, robust and fast time series database. Build from the ground up SiriDB uses a mechanism to operate without a global index and allows server resources to be added on the fly. SiriDB’s query language includes dynamic grouping of time series for easy analysis over large amounts of time series.

There are three methods to install siridb-server on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install siridb-server Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install siridb-server using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt update

After updating apt database, We can install siridb-server using apt by running the following command:
