How To Install sigrok-cli on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install sigrok-cli on Kali Linux.
What is sigrok-cli
sigrok-cli is:
sigrok-cli is a command-line data acquisition and protocol decoding software.
It supports sample acquisition from logic analyzer, oscilloscope, multimeter, and other hardware, as well as running protocol decoders over the sample data (either from hardware or loaded from files).
There are three methods to install sigrok-cli on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install sigrok-cli Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the sigrok-cli package we can use the following command:
