How To Install signapk on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install signapk on Kali Linux.
What is signapk
signapk is:
signapk is a command line tool for signing ZIP files, including JARs, APKs, and Over-The-Air (OTA) updates, in a way compatible with Android’s mincrypt verifier, using EC or RSA keys and SHA1 or SHA-256. The tool can additionally sign APKs using APK Signature Scheme v2. It is the standard tool used to sign APK and JAR files distributed as part of Android ROMs.
There are three methods to install signapk on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install signapk Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install signapk using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install signapkInstall signapk Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install signapk using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install signapkInstall signapk Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install signapk using aptitude by running the following command:

To uninstall only the signapk package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove signapkUninstall signapk And Its Dependencies
To uninstall signapk and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove signapkRemove signapk Configurations and Data
To remove signapk configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge signapkRemove signapk configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove signapk configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
