The integrated editor can rotate, flip, crop and tag the photos, adjust the colors und remove red eyes. Export is possible to facebook, Flickr or Youtube to share with others. It is able to manage a lot of image formats such as JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF and Raw CR2.

There are three methods to install shotwell on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install shotwell Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install shotwell using apt-get by running the following command:
