How To Install sfarkxtc on Ubuntu 18.04

What is sfarkxtc
sfarkxtc is:
This very small command line tool converts legacy sfArk files into the SoundFont 2 format.
It is based on the library sfarklib, which unfortunately only supports sfArk V2+ files.
There are three methods to install sfarkxtc on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
