sevmgr is a C++ library of discrete event queue management classes and functions, exclusively targeting simulation purposes. sevmgr makes an extensive use of existing open-source libraries for increased functionality, speed and accuracy. In particular the Boost (C++ Standard Extensions used. Install the sevmgr package if you need a library of basic C++ objects for the discrete event queue management of your simulation project.

Install sevmgr on CentOS 7 Using yum

Update yum database with yum using the following command.

sudo yum makecache

After updating yum database, We can install sevmgr using yum by running the following command:

sudo yum -y install sevmgr

Install sevmgr on CentOS 7 Using dnf

If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first. Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache

After updating yum database, We can install sevmgr using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install sevmgr

How To Uninstall sevmgr on CentOS 7

To uninstall only the sevmgr package we can use the following command:

sudo dnf remove sevmgr
