How To Install sasview-doc on Kali Linux

What is sasview-doc
sasview-doc is:
SasView is a Small Angle Scattering Analysis Software Package, originally developed as part of the NSF DANSE project under the name SansView, now managed by an international collaboration of facilities.
SasView is software for the analysis of Small-Angle Scattering (SAS) data.
It fits analytic functions describing different types of material microstructure to experimental data in order to determine the shape, size and degree of ordering.
SasView also includes tools for calculating scattering length densities, slit sizes, resolution, fringe thicknesses/d-spacings, the (Porod) invariant (’total scattering’), and distance distribution functions.

There are three methods to install sasview-doc on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install sasview-doc Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install sasview-doc using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install sasview-docInstall sasview-doc Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install sasview-doc using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install sasview-docInstall sasview-doc Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install sasview-doc using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install sasview-docHow To Uninstall sasview-doc on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the sasview-doc package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove sasview-docUninstall sasview-doc And Its Dependencies
To uninstall sasview-doc and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove sasview-docRemove sasview-doc Configurations and Data
To remove sasview-doc configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge sasview-docRemove sasview-doc configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
