How To Install ryu-bin on Debian 10

What is ryu-bin
ryu-bin is:
Ryu is a component-based software defined networking framework. Ryu provides software components with well defined API that make it easy for developers to create new network management and control applications. Ryu supports various protocols for managing network devices, such as OpenFlow, Netconf, OF-config, etc. About OpenFlow, Ryu supports fully 1.0, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and Nicira Extensions.
This package provides the Ryu manager.
There are three methods to install ryu-bin on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install ryu-bin Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install ryu-bin using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install ryu-bin
Install ryu-bin Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install ryu-bin using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install ryu-bin
Install ryu-bin Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install ryu-bin using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install ryu-bin
How To Uninstall ryu-bin on Debian 10
To uninstall only the ryu-bin package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove ryu-bin
Uninstall ryu-bin And Its Dependencies
To uninstall ryu-bin and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 10, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove ryu-bin
Remove ryu-bin Configurations and Data
To remove ryu-bin configuration and data from Debian 10 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge ryu-bin
Remove ryu-bin configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove ryu-bin configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
