How To Install ruby-vmstat on Debian 11

What is ruby-vmstat

on Debian 11. We can use apt-get

Install ruby-vmstat Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install ruby-vmstat
using apt-get
