How To Install ruby-rspec-stubbed-env on Kali Linux

What is ruby-rspec-stubbed-env
ruby-rspec-stubbed-env is:
Stub environment variables in a scoped context for testing. ENV stubbing via a shared context for more powerful tests.
This RSpec plugin requires configuring RSpec to use the :expect syntax, or
some compatible alternative.
There are three methods to install ruby-rspec-stubbed-env on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install ruby-rspec-stubbed-env Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
