How To Install ruby-referer-parser on Ubuntu 22.04

What is ruby-referer-parser
ruby-referer-parser is:
This gem intends for creation of libraries for extracting marketing attribution such as: search terms, from the referer (sic) URLs.
These libraries are currently used by Snowplow (http://github.com/snowplow/snowplow). It act as a database for extracting marketing attribution data. The referer-parser project also contains multiple libraries for working with the referer-parser database in different languages.
There are three methods to install ruby-referer-parser
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get
