How To Install ruby-parallel on Ubuntu 18.04

What is ruby-parallel

This package provides a Ruby library to run any code in parallel Processes (in order to use all CPUs) or Threads (to speedup blocking operations).
This is best suited for map-reduce operations or e.g. parallel downloads or uploads.
There are three methods to install ruby-parallel
on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install ruby-parallel Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install ruby-parallel
using apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install ruby-parallel

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude

How To Uninstall ruby-parallel on Ubuntu 18.04
