How To Install ruby-net-scp on Debian 10

Net::SCP is a pure-Ruby implementation of the SCP protocol. This operates over SSH (and requires the Net::SSH library), and allows files and directory trees to copied to and from a remote server.
There are three methods to install ruby-net-scp on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
