How To Install ruby-heroku-deflater on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install ruby-heroku-deflater on Kali Linux.
What is ruby-heroku-deflater
ruby-heroku-deflater is:
A simple rack middleware, enabling compression of your assets and application in responses on Heroku. It saves CPU cycles on pointless compression of images and binary responses.
It also includes code from https://github.com/mattolson/heroku_rails_deflate.
Before serving a file from disk to a gzip-enabled client, it will look for a precompressed file in the same location that ends in “.gz”. The purpose is to avoid compressing the same file each time it is requested.
There are three methods to install ruby-heroku-deflater on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install ruby-heroku-deflater Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
