GObject Introspection is a project for providing machine readable introspection data of the API of C libraries. This introspection data can be used in several different use cases, for example automatic code generation for bindings, API verification and documentation generation. This package contains library for using GObject Introspection with the Ruby programming language.

on Debian 9. We can use apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install ruby-gobject-introspection
using aptitude

How To Uninstall ruby-gobject-introspection on Debian 9
To uninstall only the ruby-gobject-introspection
package we can use the following command:
