How To Install ruby-exif on Debian 9

What is ruby-exif
ruby-exif is:
ruby-exif is a library for parsing, editing, and saving EXIF data. You can retrieve useful information from EXIF tags contained in images created by recording equipments(for example, digital camera).
ruby-exif provides a simple interface to this library.
There are three methods to install ruby-exif on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
