How To Install ruby-em-mongo on Kali Linux

What is ruby-em-mongo
ruby-em-mongo is:
An EventMachine client for MongoDB. Originally based on RMongo, this client aims to be as API compatible with ruby-mongo driver as possible. For methods that do not retrieve data from the database the API of em-mongo should be identical (though a subset) to the ruby-mongo driver.
There are three methods to install ruby-em-mongo on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install ruby-em-mongo Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install ruby-em-mongo using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install ruby-em-mongoInstall ruby-em-mongo Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install ruby-em-mongo using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install ruby-em-mongoInstall ruby-em-mongo Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install ruby-em-mongo using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install ruby-em-mongoHow To Uninstall ruby-em-mongo on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the ruby-em-mongo package we can use the following command:

To uninstall ruby-em-mongo and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove ruby-em-mongoRemove ruby-em-mongo Configurations and Data
To remove ruby-em-mongo configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge ruby-em-mongoRemove ruby-em-mongo configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove ruby-em-mongo configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge ruby-em-mongoDependencies
