How To Install ruby-dotenv on Debian 9

What is ruby-dotenv
ruby-dotenv is:
Like the gem “foreman”, dotenv will automagically load variables from .env, but doesn’t put them in the Procfile. Instead they are accessible via ENV. Thus it can also be used when running an application manually, using the interactive console, or running a Rake task.
There are three methods to install ruby-dotenv
on Debian 9. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Update apt database with apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install ruby-dotenv

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude

How To Uninstall ruby-dotenv on Debian 9
To uninstall only the ruby-dotenv
