How To Install ruby-citrus on Ubuntu 18.04

What is ruby-citrus
ruby-citrus is:
Citrus is a compact and powerful parsing library for Ruby that combines the elegance and expressiveness of the language with the simplicity and power of parsing expressions.

There are three methods to install ruby-citrus

How To Uninstall ruby-citrus on Ubuntu 18.04
