How To Install ruby-backports on Kali Linux

What is ruby-backports

This Ruby library contains essential backports that enable many of the nice features of Ruby 1.8.7 up to 2.0.0 for earlier versions.
Features are backported with the following limitations:
- will not break older code,
- can be implemented in pure Ruby (no C extensions),
- must pass RubySpec.
There are three methods to install ruby-backports on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install ruby-backports Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
