How To Install ruby-activeldap on Kali Linux

What is ruby-activeldap
ruby-activeldap is:
‘ActiveLdap’ is a ruby library which provides a clean objected oriented interface to the Ruby/LDAP library. It was inspired by ActiveRecord. This is not nearly as clean or as flexible as ActiveRecord, but it is still trivial to define new objects and manipulate them with minimal difficulty.
There are three methods to install ruby-activeldap on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install ruby-activeldap Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install ruby-activeldap using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install ruby-activeldapInstall ruby-activeldap Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install ruby-activeldap using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
