Sipwise NGCP rtpengine is a proxy for RTP traffic and other UDP based media traffic. It’s meant to be used with the Kamailio SIP proxy and forms a drop-in replacement for any of the other available RTP and media proxies.
This package contains scripts and Perl modules for NGCP rtpengine
There are three methods to install rtpengine-utils on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install rtpengine-utils Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install rtpengine-utils using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install rtpengine-utils

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install rtpengine-utils using apt by running the following command:
