RT manages key tasks such as the identification, prioritization, assignment, resolution, and notification required by enterprise-critical applications, including project management, help desk, NOC ticketing, CRM, and software development.
This package provides the 5 series of RT. It can be installed alongside the 3.8 and 4 series without any problems.
This metapackage provides the standalone web server interface.
There are three methods to install rt5-standalone on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
