How To Install rstcheck on Debian 12

What is rstcheck
rstcheck is:
rstcheck validates the syntax of reStructuredText documents. Unlike other validators, it will also verify syntax correctness in nested code blocks for a variety of languages:

rstcheck can also validate Sphinx documentation files if Sphinx is installed.
This package installs the CLI tool.
There are three methods to install rstcheck on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install rstcheck Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
