What is rpmemd
The rpmemd process is executed on a target node by librpmem library and facilitates access to persistent memory over RDMA.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install rpmemd
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install rpmemd.
Install rpmemd on CentOS 7 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
After updating yum database, We can install rpmemd
using yum
