How To Install rosout on Debian 10

What is rosout
rosout is:
This package is part of Robot OS (ROS). rosout is the name of the console log reporting mechanism in ROS. It can be thought of as comprising several components:
- The
rosoutnode for subscribing, logging, and republishing the messages. - The /rosout topic
- The /rosout_agg topic for subscribing to an aggregated feed
There are three methods to install rosout on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install rosout Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install rosout using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install rosout

After updating apt database, We can install rosout using apt by running the following command:
