What is rls
The Rust Language Server provides a server that runs in the background, providing IDEs, editors, and other tools with information about Rust programs. It supports functionality such as ‘goto definition’, symbol search, reformatting, and code completion, and enables renaming and refactorings.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install rls
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install rls.

Update yum database with yum

After updating yum database, We can install rls
