How To Install rhino on Kali Linux

rhino is:
Rhino is an implementation of the JavaScript language written entirely in Java. It is typically embedded into Java applications to provide scripting to end users.
There are three methods to install rhino
on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install rhino Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install rhino
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install rhino

Update apt database with apt

After updating apt database, We can install rhino

by running the following command:

Install rhino Using aptitude

How To Uninstall rhino on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the rhino
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove rhino

sudo apt-get -y autoremove rhino
Remove rhino Configurations and Data

configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge rhino
