How To Install resfinder-db on Debian 12

In this tutorial we learn how to install resfinder-db on Debian 12.
What is resfinder-db
resfinder-db is:
ResFinder identifies acquired antimicrobial resistance genes in total or partial sequenced isolates of bacteria.
ResFinder that uses BLAST for identification of acquired antimicrobial resistance genes in whole-genome data. As input, the method can use both pre-assembled, complete or partial genomes, and short sequence reads from four different sequencing platforms. The method was evaluated on 1862 GenBank files containing 1411 different resistance genes, as well as on 23 de-novo-sequenced isolates.
This package provides the database needed for resfinder.
There are three methods to install resfinder-db on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install resfinder-db Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install resfinder-db using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install resfinder-db

After updating apt database, We can install resfinder-db using aptitude by running the following command:
