How To Install relion-gui-cuda on Debian 12

In this tutorial we learn how to install relion-gui-cuda on Debian 12.
What is relion-gui-cuda
relion-gui-cuda is:
RELION (for REgularised LIkelihood OptimisatioN) is a stand-alone computer program for Maximum A Posteriori refinement of (multiple) 3D reconstructions or 2D class averages in cryo-electron microscopy.
RELION provides a GUI, several command-line tools in parallel (MPI) and serial versions, optionally with CUDA/GPU support.
relion-gui-cuda provides the graphical user interface with CUDA/GPU support.
There are three methods to install relion-gui-cuda on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install relion-gui-cuda Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install relion-gui-cuda using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
