How To Install regina-normal-mpi on Ubuntu 18.04

Regina is a software package for low-dimensional topologists. This package contains the components of Regina designed to run large parallel computations on a high-performance cluster using MPI.
These components are built against the default implementation of MPI, and must be run under the default MPI runtime environment (as found in the package mpi-default-bin).

Install regina-normal-mpi Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install regina-normal-mpi using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install regina-normal-mpi

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install regina-normal-mpi using apt by running the following command:
