How To Install recutils on Debian 12

In this tutorial we learn how to install recutils on Debian 12.
What is recutils
recutils is:
GNU Recutils is a set of tools and libraries to access human-editable, text-based databases called recfiles.
The data is stored as a sequence of records, each record containing an arbitrary number of named fields.
Despite its simplicity, recfiles can be used to store medium-sized databases.
There are three methods to install recutils on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install recutils Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install recutils using apt-get by running the following command:
