How To Install rcs on Ubuntu 18.04

What is rcs
rcs is:
The Revision Control System (RCS) manages multiple revisions of files. RCS automates the storing, retrieval, logging, identification, and merging of revisions. RCS is useful for text that is revised frequently, for example programs, documentation, graphics, papers, and form letters.
Note: this package contains certain general-purpose commands (such as merge or ident) which may used by other programs installed on your system.
There are three methods to install rcs
on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install rcs Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install rcs
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install rcs

After updating apt database, We can install rcs
