What is rainbow

rainbow is:

Rainbow is a isolation shell which implements portions of the Bitfrost security architecture, as used on the OLPC XO-1 and elsewhere.

At the moment, Rainbow only knows how to provide the same primitive form of filesystem and signal isolation that competent sysadmins provide to users of multi-user Unix shell servers.

There are three methods to install rainbow on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install rainbow Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install rainbow using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install rainbow

Install rainbow Using apt

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update

After updating apt database, We can install rainbow using apt by running the following command:
